Outsourced Bookkeeping for CPA Firms, Done Discreetly.
We provide outsourced bookkeeping for CPA firms and accounting firms across the U.S. as a senior, remote team. Engagements are quiet, professional, and built around your firm's standards, from monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations through month-end close and clean year-end workpapers.
Built for the way CPA firms actually work.
Most firms do not need another software vendor or a large outsourcing shop. They need a small, experienced bookkeeping team that communicates clearly and hands back files their reviewers can work with. We provide bookkeeping and supporting financial information only, not tax return filing, audit, attest, or assurance services.
White-label bookkeeping support
We work quietly behind your firm. Your clients see your brand, your process, and your standards. We stay in the background.
Reliable turnaround
Recurring closes are scheduled in an agreed window each month, and cleanup projects are planned against a target date set at the start.
Direct communication
You work with the same senior bookkeeper each month, and questions are usually answered within one business day during U.S. hours.
Books built for review
Reconciliations, supporting schedules, and adjusting entries are documented the way a reviewer wants to see them.
Scalable capacity
Add client files gradually, or bring on a group at once during busy season. We staff the work without asking you to hire.
U.S. accounting standards
Our work is prepared with U.S. GAAP conventions in mind, using standard chart of accounts practices and the documentation your reviewers expect.

A calm, structured onboarding.
Many firms move from first conversation to first month-end delivery in about four to six weeks, depending on scope. Our work passes through the founder's internal review first, then goes to your firm for its own review before anything reaches a client.
Introduction
A private conversation about your firm, the client work you would like to hand off, and the standards you expect.
Scope & Agreement
A written scope covering deliverables, turnaround windows, communication, and confidentiality, with custom partnership pricing based on portfolio size, transaction volume, complexity, and agreed scope. Fees are agreed per client or project before work begins.
Onboarding
Access, chart of accounts, and workflows are typically set up over one to two weeks, planned to keep disruption to your firm and its clients to a minimum.
Recurring Delivery
Monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting delivered on schedule, with a single point of contact and year-round availability for questions.
Founder-led quality control.
Every client engagement goes through a structured internal review process led by our founder before bookkeeping deliverables are shared with your CPA firm.
Depending on the engagement, this review covers reconciliations, financial reports, supporting schedules, and outstanding items within the agreed scope.
We can work under your firm's brand or communicate directly with clients when authorized by your firm and included in the agreed workflow. Your firm retains control of its client relationships and final professional review.
This internal quality-control process is not an audit or assurance engagement and does not replace your firm's professional review or responsibilities. Dari & Associates does not provide CPA audit, attest, assurance, or tax-filing services.
Questions from firm owners.
What CPA and accounting firm owners ask before starting a conversation with us.
- Do you white-label your work under our firm?
- Yes. Most engagements are white-label: we work behind your firm's brand and your clients see your firm, not ours. Where your firm authorizes it, we can also communicate directly with your clients as part of an agreed workflow. Either way, your firm keeps control of its client relationships and professional responsibilities.
- What turnaround can we expect on monthly close?
- For recurring clients we agree a monthly delivery window in writing at the start of the engagement, often between the 10th and 15th business day, depending on client volume and how quickly source documents arrive.
- Can you handle cleanup projects on a fixed timeline?
- Yes. We scope cleanup and catch-up work as a defined project with a start date, a target completion date, and a written summary of what was rebuilt.
- Which accounting platforms do you work in?
- Our founder is a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor. We work in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Buildium, and AppFolio, alongside the payroll and payment tools your clients already use.
- How do you handle confidentiality and client data?
- We work under NDA, use secure document exchange, and follow the access controls your firm requires. Client data stays within the systems you approve.
- Can you scale up during busy season?
- Often, yes. We plan capacity with you ahead of busy season so additional client files can be added without disrupting monthly work already in progress.
